Residential In-Home Consulting – $80/hr.*
We charge an hourly fee when doing any in-home computer consulting. We do everything we can to fix the problem to your satisfaction or you don’t pay! We have the expertise to solve the following issues and more:
- Slow computer
- Printer problem
- Connection issues (wired and wireless)
- Strange error messages
- Software troubleshooting
- Blank/Blue/Distorted screen
- Strange noises
- New computer set-up
- Software installation/removal
- Training

* 1 hour minimum. If service takes less than an hour, we will stick around to answer questions or optimize your computer until the hour is over. Prorated in 15 minute intervals after the first hour. 4 hour maximum. All prices quoted do not include parts or peripherals that may need to be purchased for the customer.
Virus/Malware Removal – $80 flat fee
This is an off-site service, which means we will pick up your computer to work on it at our shop and drop it off the next day.

Remote Services – $60/hr.*
You don’t need to be a local resident of Portland,Gallatin, or Franklin to enjoy the stellar service of TnTekGeek. We offer remote consulting services to anyone, anywhere with an internet connection, for a fraction of the price we charge to come to your door!
We are able to accomplish this with state of the art remote connection technology so we can see your computer screen and even take control of your computer (with your permission of course) to work our magic from miles away! Some examples of remote services we can perform include:
